This return policy applies to all purchases made through Silque & Co., including Klarna transactions.
Customers may return or exchange products within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns will only be accepted if proof of purchase is provided.
Returns must be initiated within the 30-day window, otherwise they may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fees
If the return is caused by the customer (for example: change of mind, incorrect size, or preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact fee depends on the courier service selected.
If the return is caused by our error (for example: damaged goods or incorrect item received), Silque & Co. will cover the return shipping cost.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in China — this is mandatory for processing.
Customers who ship items to the wrong address will be solely responsible for any resulting delays or losses, as Silque & Co. cannot accept liability for misdirected returns.

When returning items to us, it is essential to use a shipping method that includes a tracking number. This allows both you and us to monitor the parcel and confirm successful delivery.
Please note that without a valid tracking number, we will be unable to locate your return and cannot process a refund or exchange.
We also strongly recommend choosing a shipping method that includes compensation in case of loss or damage during transit.
To avoid delays, please ensure your package is wrapped securely, as we cannot accept or refund items that arrive damaged.
