We are dedicated to delivering our products to our customers in the United States & Europe directly from china to prevent high costs and be environmentally friendly by reducing multiple shipping streams. Below you will find the details of our shipping policy.
1. Shipping Times
We aim to process and ship all orders promptly. For our customers in the USA, the estimated delivery time is:

Delivery Time: 5 – 10 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Every country has its own transit times.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 0-2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the specific delivery location within the United States.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
As stated in our General Terms and Conditions (Article 4 & 9), orders shipped to the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT/Sales Tax) and customs clearance fees.

6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Silque Underwear is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Missing or Delayed Packages
While we strive for a seamless delivery experience, external factors (such as customs delays or extreme weather) can occasionally impact shipping times. If your package has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact our customer service team at info@silque-underwear.com
